We work with retailers and stockists through a made-to-order wholesale program designed to provide flexibility while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship of each piece.
Order Requirements
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
6 pieces per color, per style.
Minimum Order Amount (MOA)
USD 1,500 per order.
Production Lead Time
45–60 working days from order confirmation and receipt of the required deposit.
Wholesale Order Benefits
We offer additional discounts based on your total order value:
- USD 1,000–2,999: Standard wholesale pricing
- USD 3,000 and above: 15% additional discount
- Orders above USD 3,000: 50% additional discount
Made to Order
All wholesale orders are made to order. This allows us to carefully produce each piece while maintaining our standards for quality and craftsmanship, with flexibility for select customization requests.

Prices quoted are EX-WORKS and exclude delivery expenses and other related transport costs of goods.
An order is confirmed for production with a 50% down payment by way of TT/Bank deposit and the signed profoma invoice. We will be accepting Card Payments soon. Sign-up to receive updates!
For orders requiring approval samples, production begins upon receipt of the written approval of samples. Kindly email ewmarketing@earthworksfashion.com for sample requests prior to production. Sample Approval may be done through Photo sample or have the physical item/s sent to you.
Samples production take 4-6 weeks from date of confirmation of the booked order, or may take longer depending on the complexity of the revisions required. Samples cost are billed together with the balance of the order.
Basic packing materials & services are free of charge, inclusive of individual and bulk polybags, protective materials and master boxes. We facilitate other services such as barcodes, cards and ticket printing, logo stamping but for the client’s account. Special packing requests must be advised clearly on during production. Upon completion of the order, the client is informed and required full payment of the balance to commence delivery process. We are happy to assist in the processing of export documents and the delivery of goods but client bears all freight and handling subsequent costs thereof
